Why?

Our Nation stands at a crossroads. For too long, our constitutional governance has been undermined by unchecked Executive Committee overreach, eroding transparency, accountability, and the rightful authority of the General Council. It’s time to restore the government our elders envisioned and established 51 years ago with a constitution for self-preservation and a future for our grandchildren.

I bring extensive constitutional knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of constitutional tribal governance—an area often overlooked or misunderstood by current elected officials. It is essential to recognize that the President serves as the chair for not just the Executive Committee but also the General Council, the highest governing body. Strengthening and prioritizing the General Council’s role is crucial to ensuring a more Constitutional, representative and effective
governance structure.
