A Bold, Necessary Reform: Remote Participation for Every General Council Member
If elected President, I will champion one transformative goal—Seek to provide all 1,620 General Council Members full participation rights in every General Council Meeting, regardless of where you live. General Council is where tribal government truly governs, not the Executive Committee. It is my intention to make General Council matter, ALL of General Council.
I’ve served for over a decade on two successful boards—both located far from my home. With clear rules, structured meetings, and transparency, remote participation works—and it strengthens governance.
It’s time Delaware Nation embraced 21st century governance. It’s time to exercise your constitutional right to govern. Let’s open the doors.
